试论“治脾以安五脏”理论在艾滋病中的作用

摘　　要：中医学中脾脏具有重要的生理功能,在五脏中有重要的枢机作用,艾滋病的发病是脾与五脏相互影响的结果;在AIDS期五脏俱虚易致机体内外之邪相合侵袭人体,正气虚衰。研究中可以看出脾虚是艾滋病发病的重要环节,艾滋病的治疗中医多以改善脾脏功能,提高患者的生活质量增强免疫功能为主,多从脾脏治疗入手。脾旺则五脏安,五脏安则正气充,正气充则机体健,应有所侧重的进行辨证论治、因病施治,从而减慢艾滋病的进程,提高患者的生活质量。From physiological function and hinge effect of spleen in TCM, and the relation research between spleen and five-organs in onset of AIDS, we can see that spleen has an important role in disease process of HIV/AIDS. In the AIDS period, when the five internal organs are deficient, inside and outside of the evil easily lead to healthy Qi decline. Spleen deficiency is an important link in the onset of HIV/AIDS. The treatment of AIDS in Chinese medicine, the key is to improve spleen function, improve the patient＇s quality of life and enhance immune function. As long as physiological functions of spleen are normal, healthy Qi of five organs will be enough, and vice-versa. Treatment based on differentiation syndrome and disease will slow down the process of AIDS, and improve the quality of patients＇ lives.
