摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫指标与艾滋病患者不同证型的相关性。方法:选择HIV/AIDS患者作为观察组,健康人为对照,然后进行辨证分型并对两组血液样本检测。结果:阴虚火旺型在CD8CD25方面显著低于气血两虚兼痰湿及气血两虚型,在CD8CD25、CD8CD95方面显著低于痰湿内蕴型;气血两虚兼痰湿型在CD3方面显著高于气血两虚兼血瘀型,却显著低于气血两虚型;痰湿内蕴型在CD19方面显著低于脾肾阳虚、气血两虚兼痰湿型及气血两虚型,在CD4方面显著低于气血两虚型及气血两虚兼血瘀型,在CD8CD95方面显著高于气血两虚型及气血两虚兼血瘀型。结论:免疫指标和艾滋病患者不同证型存在一定相关性,部分免疫指标在两个证型比较中差异显著。Objective： To explore the correlation of TCM syndromes and immune indices in AIDS patients. Methods： HIV/AIDS patients were chosen as an observation group and healthy person as a control group. TCM syndromes of observation group were discriminated. Blood samples of the observation group and the control group were both detected. Results： Yin deficiency and heat exuberance syndrome was lower than qi-blood deficiency syndrome and qi-blood deficiency complicated with phlegm-dampness accumulation in the expression of CD8CD25, lower than phlegm-dampness accumulation syndrome in the expression of CD8CD25 and CD8CD95. Qi-blood deficiency complicated with phlegm-dampness accumulation was higher than qi-blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome but lower than qi-blood deficiency syndrome in the expression of CD3. Phlegm-dampness accumulation syndrome was lower than Asthenia of both the Spleen and Kidney syndrome, qi-blood deficiency complicated with phlegm-dampness accumulation and qi-blood deficiency syndrome in the expression of CD 19. It was also lower than qi-blood deficiency syndrome, qi-blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the expression of CD4, but higher than qi- blood deficiency syndrome, qi-blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the expression of CD8CD95. Conclusion： There is a certain correlation of TCM syndromes and immune indices in AIDS patients. Immune indices had a significant difference among different TCM syndromes of AIDS.
