摘　　要：张俐教授是国家中医药管理局骨伤重点学科学科带头人,从事中医临床、科研及教学工作23年,擅长治疗颈椎病、腰腿痛、强直性脊柱炎等疾病。张俐教授有着丰富的临床经验和中医造诣,力主辨证与辨病相结合,以指导临床实践。笔者主要通过典型案例,介绍张俐教授运用活血通督汤治疗骨伤科疾病的经验,以期为读者提供裨益。As the leader of osteopathia department affiliated to the state administrative bureau of TCM, Professor ZHANG Li had devoted herself to clinic, scientific research and teaching for 23 years. She was good at treating cervical spondylosis, low back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases. Professor ZHANG Li had abundant clinical experience and deep attainments in traditional Chinese medicine. She advocated to guiding clinical practices with the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation. The typical cases were selected to introduce the experience of professor ZHANG Li in the treatment of orthopedic diseases with Huoxue Tongdu Decoction for providing benefits to the readers.
