摘 要:为了优化施工,进而为三峡工程三期临时挡水围堰的碾压混凝土施工模索经验,左导墙结构按碾压混凝土设计。通过施工实践认为:碾压混凝土的总胶材用量不低于160/^3,而粉煤灰掺量可大于50%;Vc值在机口为4-7s、仓面为5-10s;开碾时间控制在0.5h左右,2h内完成各条带的碾压工作;做好碾压施工的入仓方案;提前做好快速上升模板的研究工作。In order to optimize construction and obtain experience for the RCC construction of the third phase temporary cofferdam at the Three Gorges project, the left guide wall was designed to be built with RCC. In the construction practice, it has been considered that the total cementitious material in the RCC should be not less than 160 kg/m 3,fly ash not more than 50%; Vc value as much as 4~7s at the batching plant and 5~10s at the placing area; the rolling should start within some 0.5h and rolling on all strips should be finished within 2h. Additionally, pre-construction should be conducted well such as placement schemes, rapid placement of forms and so on.
