参芪糖肾安冲剂治疗90例早期糖尿病肾病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪糖肾安冲剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将90例确诊为早期糖尿病肾病的患者随机分为参芪糖肾安冲剂组、参芪糖肾安冲剂加厄贝沙坦组和厄贝沙坦组。各组患者在原有西药治疗的基础上分别加用观察药和对照药,治疗6周,选取临床症状、空腹及餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白定量等指标进行观察比较。结果:经过治疗,3组患者空腹及餐后2h血糖比较未见明显差异,糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、尿微量白蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量、NO均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗前后安全性指标未见异常。结论:参芪糖肾安冲剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病可以控制尿蛋白、血脂,保护肾脏,临床使用未见毒副作用,安全有效。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Tangshen＇an Soluble Granule on early stage diabetic nehropathy. Methods： 90 patients diagnosed with early stage diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into Shenqi Tangshen＇an Soluble group, Shergqi Tangshen＇an combined with irbesartan group and irbesartan group. After 6 weeks treatment,some targets like clinical symptoms, fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood-glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, urine protein quantitation and so on, were observed and compared. Results： After treatment, there was no significant difference among fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood-glucose in 3 groups, while existed differences in glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, microalbuminuria, 24-hour urine protein qnantitation, NO （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, there was no abnormity in security target. Conclusion： Shenqi Tangshen＇an Soluble Granules can remedy early stage diabetic nephropathy through controlling urine protein and blood lipoid, preventing kidney worsening, which used safely and effectively in clinic.
