摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是中医药治疗心血管疾病的优势病种。近年来,中医药对慢性心衰的病因病机有了较为一致的认识,但辨证分型和治疗一直以来缺乏统一的规范和标准。在此背景下,国家中医药管理局重点专科根据文献分析、名老中医经验总结、专家咨询制定了慢性心衰的诊疗方案。前期临床验证提示本方案具有较好的临床疗效,下一步还需进一步推广、完善、规范,并开展较高质量的临床评价研究,以提供科学、规范、合理的能够获得国际认同的有效证据。Traditional Chinese medicine was superiority in the treatment of chronic heart failure. In the past years, there was a more consistent understanding with the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM about chronic heart failure; but the syndrome differentiation and treatment lacked of the unified norms and standards. Under this situation, the key specialty of the State Administrative Bureau of TCM worked out plans for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure according to literature analysis, experiences summary of famous old Chinese medicine experts and experts consultation. The early clinical validation showed that this scheme had a good clinical curative effect, but still need further promotion, improvement, normalization and high quality clinical evaluation research to provide scientific, standardized reasonable evidences which obtained international recognition.
