中医药从肝论治卵巢早衰的理法方药观

摘　　要：卵巢早衰是妇科领域常见病,近年其发病率逐渐上升。笔者认为肝气主升主疏泄喜条达,肝气易郁女子多情志病,肝体阴而用阳,与月经及生殖功能关系密切。肝为气血调节之枢。女子以肝为先天,以血为用,女子的经、孕、胎、产、乳无不与气血有关,无不依赖于肝的藏血与疏泄功能。卵巢功能的早衰与肝之功能失调密切相关。若肝的功能失常,肝失疏泄,同时累及它脏,则可出现各种妇科病证。现代女性在各种生活、工作压力下,由于情志、环境因素的影响,可导致情志失调,肝失疏泄,干扰下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能,而导致卵巢早衰。基于以上认识,提出中医药从肝论治卵巢早衰的观点。Premature ovarian failure （POF） is a common disease in the gynecology, and the incidence of POF is rising gradually in recent years. It believes that Liver governing ascending and dredging, controlling conveyance and dispersion and prefering to be fluent. The women of liver qi stagnation are vulnerable to get emotional disease. With body yin but function yang, liver has a close relationship with menstruation and reproduction. Liver is a pivotal regulator of blood, is the key viscus in the women physiology. And blood plays an important role in women. Women＇s menstruation, pregnancy, embryo, reproduction, breastfeeding which are associated to qi and blood, are dependent on the function of liver storing blood and governing regulating. POF is closely associated to liver dysfunction. If liver function and governing regulating are disordered which involves other organs, it may cause a variety of gynecological syndromes. Modem women are under the pressure of life and job due to emotional and environmental factors that can lead to emotional disorders, liver＇s failing of distributing, and interference hypothalarnus- pituitary-ovarian axis, finally lead to POF. The view of traditional Chinese medicine can treat POF from the liver theory.
