抗病毒口服液治疗流行性乙型脑炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察抗病毒口服液治疗流行性乙型脑炎后三大主证高热、抽搐和昏迷的恢复情况。方法:选择流行性乙型脑炎患者61例,其中随机对照组40例,队列研究组21例。两组患者再各自分为中药治疗组和西药对照组,分别比较2组间的临床疗效、降低体温、缓解抽搐、意识恢复、平均住院时间。结果:随机对照组和队列研究组中,队列研究组的治疗组临床有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),并且在降低体温、缓解抽搐、意识恢复、平均住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗病毒口服液治疗流行性乙型脑炎的重型、极重型患者,具有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the recovery of three main symptoms including high fever, convulsions and coma after Antiviral Oral-Liquid treatment of epidemic encephalitis B. Methods： 61 patients with epidemic encephalitis B were selected in children＇s hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University and the Fifth People＇s Hospital of Guiyang from July 2012 to September 2012, with 40 patients in the randomized control group, 21 patient in.the cohort study group. Randomized control group patients were divided into western medicine control group and Chinese medicine treatment group, the cohort study group patients were divided into western medicine control group and Chinese medicine treatment group. The clinical efficacy, lowering body temperature, the level of convulsions relief, recovery of consciousness and average length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results： The clinical effective rate of treatment group in the cohort study group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, included lowering the body temperature, the level of convulsions relief, recovery of consciousness, average length of stay （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Antiviral Oral-Liquid treatment had a good curative effect to the patients with heavy epidemic encephalitis B.
