摘　　要：清代医家黄庭镜所著《目经大成》是一部将前人研究与作者临床经验相结合的治疗眼病的总结性著作,其特色鲜明、实践性强,在中医眼科发展史上具有重要的学术地位。该文总结并浅析了其治法中的整体辨治、温补治法、针药并用、手术治疗,以说明其在眼科治疗学上的重要意义。Complete Compendium of Muting was a summative masterpiece written by medical scientist HUANG Tingjing of Qing dynasty based on previous human＇s studies and his own clinical experience. It was very important in his history of Chinese ophthalmology development. It＇s distinctive and strong practical. This article summarized and analyzed the overall treatment, warm and tonic treatment, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment and surgical treatment for explaning its significant in ophthalmological treatment.
