中医体质类型与乙肝后肝硬化预后相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医体质与乙肝后肝硬化患者预后的关系。方法:采用王琦的中医体质调查表对198例乙肝后肝硬化患者进行体质判别,然后根据患者的Child-pugh分级情况分为轻、中、重度3组,比较各组间体质类型分布的差异。结果:3组患者间的体质类型总体分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步进行两两比较,阴虚质与湿热质之间差异有统计学意义(P<α',α'=0.017),阴虚质与其他体质类型之间差异有统计学意义(P<α',α'=0.017),湿热质与其他体质类型之间无统计学意义(P>α',α'=0.017)。结论:阴虚质和湿热质为乙肝后肝硬化患者的主要体质类型,其中阴虚质Child-pugh评分最高,病情最重,预后最差,湿热质次之,其他体质类型Childpugh评分最低,病情最轻,预后最好。Objective：To explore the relationship between TCM constitution and the prognosis of HBV-liver cirrhosis patients. Methods ： WANG Qi＇s measurement questionnaire of constitution was used to investigate the TCM constitution types of 198 cases of HBV-liver cirrhosis. The patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe three groups according to Child-pugh classification, and then the differences of TCM constitution types＇ distribution were compared in each group. Results ： The difference between the overall distribution of TCM constitution types in three groups was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Further comparison between two groups, the difference between yin-defieiency and dampness-heat constitution type was significant （P〈 α＇, α ＇=0.017 ）.The difference between yin-deficiency and the other TCM constitution types was significant （P〈α＇, α ＇=0.017 ）. The difference between dampness-heat and the other TCM constitution types was not significant （ P〉 α ＇, α ＇=0.017 ）. Conclusions ： The yin-deficiency and dampness- heat constitution were the major TCM constitution types in HBV-liver cirrhosis patients. Yin-defieiency constitution＇s Child-pugh scores was highest and the conditions was the heaviest and the prognosis was the worst and dampness-heat constitution was better. The other constitution types＇ Child-pugh scores were the lowest and the condition was the lightest and the prognosis was the best.
