摘　　要：第三腰椎横突综合征是临床常见疾病,主要表现为慢性腰痛。文章归纳总结了近年来第三腰椎横突综合征的发病机制、临床及基础研究进展。认为从疼痛信号通路来研究其治疗方法的镇痛机制将进一步为治疗第三腰椎横突综合征提供理论基础。Objective ： The third lumbar transverse process syndrome is a common clinical disease, mainly characterized with chronic low back pain. This paper summarizes the recent process of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome about pathogenesis, clinical and basic researches. For studying the mechanism of its analgesic from the pain signaling pathway, we will further provide a basic theory for the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.
