摘　　要：目的:观察中医护理骨折卧床病人排尿困难的临床疗效,并加以分析。方法:对180例骨折卧床排尿困难的患者随机分成治疗组90例及对照组90例,治疗组行中医护理,对照组行一般常规护理,护理后,按疗效判定标准行疗效评判。结果:治疗90例患者中,显效50例,好转37例,无效3例,总有效率96.67%,疗效明显优于对照组。结论:对骨折卧床病人排尿困难的施行中医护理,临床疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of nursing for dysuria of ambulatory patients with fracture. Methods ： 180 cases of dysuria of bedridden fracture patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,90 cases in each group. The treatment group used TCM nursing and the control group underwent general routine nursing. According to clinical criteria, the efficacy evaluation was carried out. Results： In treatment group, 50 cases were obviously effective,37 cases improved, 3 cases in vain, and the total efficiency was 96.67%, which was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion ： TCM nursing for dysuria of ambulatory fracture patients was satisfactory and worthy of clinical application.
