摘　　要：对常用的糖尿病肾病大鼠模型制备方法进行分析,总结出合理且易于控制的模型制备方法。根据统计学原理,采用医学参考值范围来确定糖尿病肾病大鼠模型建立的标准。提出建立地区内、范围内的实验动物生理正常值数据库的必要性。It analyzed the commonly-used establishing methods of diabetic nephropathy rat model and summed up the reasonable and easy control methods of model production. According to statistical theory and medical reference range, it determined the standard of diabetic nephropathy rat model. The necessity of establishing region and the scope of experimental animals normal physiological values database were proposed.
