中药内服、外治坐浴联合按摩法治疗慢性前列腺炎效果观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:研究分析中药内服、外治坐浴联合按摩法治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果及护理方法。方法:选取2011年9月—2013年10月,在我院接受治疗的180例慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(80例)。治疗组采用中药内服、外治坐浴联合按摩法治疗,对照组采用西药、坐浴联合按摩法治疗,疗程为30 d,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的总有效率为100%,对照组的总有效率为82.5%,比较两组患者的总有效率差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:慢性前列腺炎患者采用中药内服、外治坐浴联合按摩法治疗的效果十分理想,在治疗的同时给予相应的护理指导,能够有效的提高患者的恢复速度。Objective： To investigate the effect of TCM oral administration and external hip bath therapycombined with massage in the treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods ： 180 cases of chronicprostatitis were randomly divided into a treatment group （ 100 cases ）and a control group （ 80 cases ）fromSeptember 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital. The treatment group was treated with oral administrationand external hip bath therapy combined with massage therapy, The control group accepted medicine,external hip bath combined with massage therapy. 30 days was a treatment course. The therapeutic effectsof the two groups were compared. Results ： The effective rate of both groups were 100% and 82.5%. Theefficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference wasstatistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Oral administration and external hip bath therapy combinedwith prostate massage is effective in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and corresponding nursing guidancewill facilitate the rehabilitation of the patients.
