摘　　要："信用长三角"建设是"十二五"期间加快区域市场体系建设的重要组成部分。在地区信用联盟建立过程中,完整的信用体系界定与信用主体分析是打造"信用长三角"的前提。从信用体系涵盖征信体系和资信体系入手,研究企业作为社会关系的重要节点,在网络社会结构观下建立完整信用体系的理论架构。分析表明,信用关系的主体包括信用信息的需求方、供给方及信用关系的监管方。信用主体按照信用关系网络的规模及密度维度,决定着其行为的合理性与有效性。Building ＂credit Yangtze River triangle＂ is an important component for accelerating construction of theregional market system during the ＂twelfth five - year plan＂ period. In the process of establishing regional credit al-liance, a complete credit system definition and credit subject analysis is a premise for building ＂credit Yangtze Riv-er triangle＂. From the perspective of credit system covering credit reference system and credit standing system, aresearch is made on the establishment of a complete credit system theoretical framework in view of the network socie-ty structure concept, taking the enterprise as an important node of social relations into consideration. The analysisshows that the subjects of credit relationship include the demanders of credit information, the suppliers of credit in-formation and the regulators of credit relationship, and that subjects of credit determine the rationality and effective-ness of their behaviors in accordance with the size and density of the credit relationship network.
