摘 要:丝状菌污泥膨胀是活性污泥法中一直困扰人们的难题。本试验以啤酒废水作为底物,利用SBR进行投加高锰酸钾来迅速控制丝状菌污泥膨胀的研究。结果表明,高锰酸钾在膨胀控制期间投加量宜控制在50mg/L以内,运行9周期膨胀得到控制。同时,污泥降解底物能力有所下降,但出水水质并未恶化,出水COD,氨氮和总磷分别为81.9mg/L,3.1mg/L,0.43mg/L。高锰酸钾投加量在50mg/L时处理每吨水的成本约为0.45元。Filamentous sludge bulking is the main difficult problems, which is hard to be sloved in activated sludge process. In this research, we fed SBR with beer wastewater. This paper studied the rapid control method of filamentous bulking through adding KMnO4.The results showed that adding KMnO4 can control filamentous sludge bulking rapidly. We can control the sludge bulking of beer wastewater with [KMnO4]=50mg/L, It takes 9 periods to control the sludge bulking respectively. At the same time the decomposability of the sludge drops, while the effluent quality is not deteriorated. The effluent COD; ammoniate and phosphate reaches 81.9mg/L, 3.1mg/L , 0.43 mg/L respectively. The consuming cost dealing with One ton wastewater of KMnO4 is about 0.45 yuan when the dosage is 50mg/L.
