摘　　要：证券市场与产业成长的关系在金融理论中没有受到足够的重视。事实上 ,由于证券市场具有的资本集中和资源优化的功能 ,客观上能够起到推动产业成长的作用。证券市场与产业成长存在相互促进的内在规律 ,在产业成长的不同阶段 ,证券市场可以适应不同的产业成长规模。The relationship between stock market and industrial development suffers from insufficient consideration in the domain of financial theories. In actuality, stock market, with the function of capital collection and resource optimization, is able to promote the development of industries. The intrinsic laws of the mutual promotion between stock market and industrial development can be seen in the fact that the former may satisfy the demand of the latter whose structure is conditioned by the scale and capital at different phases.
