摘　　要：以推拿手法为主治疗颈性类冠心病可取得满意疗效，本文综述颈性类冠心病发病机制的解剖学基础、生理病理等，进一步分析其诊断及治疗方法，充分发挥中医推拿治疗脊柱相关疾病的作用。Treating cervical mimic coronary artery disease mainly by manipulation can get satisfactory effect. This article would sum up the mechanism of cervical mimic coronary artery disease from anatomical basis, physiology and pathology, and further analyze the diagnosis and treatment, to fully develop the function of manipulation on treating spinal diseases.
