中药热敷配合按摩治疗膝关节侧副韧带损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中药热敷配合按摩治疗膝关节侧副韧带损伤的疗效。方法：将164例患者随机分为治疗组（82例）和对照组（82例），治疗组采用中药热敷配合按摩治疗，对照组采用外包敷中药治疗，10次为一个疗程，治疗2个疗程后评定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为100.0%，高于对照组的87.8%（P〈0.05）。结论：中药热敷配合按摩治疗膝关节侧副韧带损伤疗效显著。To observe the efficacy of herbal fumentation combined with massage for injury of collateral ligament of knee. Methods：164 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group （82 cases） and control group （82 cases）, the treatment group treated by herbal fomentation combined with massage, while control group by outsourcing herbal treatment, 10 times as a course of treatment, and evaluated the efficacy after 2 courses of treatment. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 100.0%, which was higher than 87.8%that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Herbal fomentation combined with massage has significant curative effect on injury of collateral ligament of knee.
