摘　　要：刮痧是中医传统疗法，近些年来刮痧疗法得到发展和提高。笔者长期跟师学习中总结老师无痛刮痧的手法操作及操作要点，结合五行刮痧板分析其临床应用现状，以期促进刮痧疗法的使用。Scrapping is traditional therapy of Chinese medicine, which develops and improves in recent years. Author summarizes manipulation and operation key points of painless scrapping with a teacher learning for a long time, combined with Wuxing plank analyzing its clinical application, in order to promote the use of scraping therapy.
