摘　　要：目的：探讨微调平衡手法治疗腰椎后关节紊乱症的效果。方法：152例腰椎后关节紊乱症患者应用沈国权教授的短杠杆腰椎间隙定点旋转微调及俯卧位腰椎交叉按压微调手法治疗，观察临床效果。结果：痊愈141例，有效9例，无效2例，总有效率为98.7%。结论：微调平衡手法是治疗腰椎后关节紊乱症的有效方法。To investigate the effect of Weitiao balance manipulations treating lumbar posterior articular disturbance. Methods：152 cases of lumbar posterior articular disturbance were treated with lumbar intervertebral rotation adjustment of short lever and lumbar cross pressing adjustment with prone position of Professor Shen Guoquan, the clinical effect was observed. Results：141 cases were cured, 9 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.7%. Conclusion：Weitiao balance manipulations is an effective method for lumbar posterior articular disorder.
