摘　　要：目的：探讨针灸推拿治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：100例偏头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组采用针灸推拿治疗，对照组口服西比灵胶囊，比较两组患者远近期疗效。结果：观察组近期疗效与对照组相比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）；观察组远期疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸推拿治疗偏头痛远期疗效甚好且无不良反应，值得临床推广使用。To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage for migraine. Methods：100 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）, the observation group treated by acupuncture combined with massage, while control group by orally taking Sibelium capsules, and compared the short-term and long-term efficacy of two groups. Results：There was no significant difference in short-term efficacy between two groups （P〉0.05）; the long-term efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The long-term efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage for migraine is good and there is no adverse reactions, deserves clinical promotion and application.
