菲牛蛭提取物对顺铂治疗S180荷瘤鼠减毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究菲牛蛭提取物联合顺铂治疗S180荷瘤鼠效果及其减毒作用。方法:建立S180荷瘤鼠模型10天后,将40只BALB/c小鼠按肿瘤体积随机分为阴性对照组、顺铂组、菲牛蛭提取物组、菲牛蛭提取物+顺铂组。分组后开始给药,连续给药7天,第8天处死各组小鼠,取血清检测肝肾功能指标;取肾脏进行组织病理学检查;剥离肿瘤称重计算抑瘤率。结果:菲牛蛭提取物与顺铂联合使用具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用(P<0.05)。与顺铂组比较,联合用药后菲牛蛭提取物可使S180荷瘤鼠的ALT、AST、TBIL、BUN、CREA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:菲牛蛭提取物与顺铂联合使用治疗S180荷瘤鼠具有相加作用,同时菲牛蛭提取物可减轻顺铂引起的肝肾毒性。Objective Manillensis extract combined with cisplatin in the treatment of mice bearing S180 tumor and attenuation effects.Method S180 tumor -bearing mice model for 10 days,fourty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into negative tumor volume in the control group,cisplatin,manillensis extract group,manillensis extract ＋cisplatin group.After the group began to administra-tion,continuous.administration for 7 days,10 mice in each group were sacrificed on eighth day,the serum to detect indicators of liver and kidney function;taken for histopathological examination of kidney;peel the tumor weighed to calculate the inhibition rate.Results Manillensis extract in combination with cisplatin inhibited tumor growth （P 〈0.05）.compared with cisplatin,the combination thera-py can extract manillensis ALT S180 tumor -bearing mice,AST,TBIL,BUN,CREA was decreased （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Ma-nillensis extract used in combination therapy with cisplatin S180 tumor -bearing mice have an additive effect,while manillensis extract kidney toxicant reduce cisplatin -induced.
