摘　　要：目的分析2008-2011年宁夏公立医院医疗服务利用情况,为公立医院如何合理配置卫生资源提供理论依据。方法结合调查所得数据和宁夏卫生信息中心提供数据,对2008-2011年宁夏公立医院卫生服务相关数据进行描述性统计分析和方差分析。结果 2008-2011年,宁夏公立医院占宁夏医疗卫生机构门诊总量的比重下降了1.32%,但公立医院占宁夏医疗卫生机构住院总量的比重增长了2.43%;民营医院承担的医疗服务量不足总服务量的10%;三级医院病床使用率超过100%,二级、一级医院也均有不同程度提高。结论宁夏公立医院医疗服务量继续快速增长,一级公立医院病床使用率低的现象依然严重。Objective To analyze the utilization of health services of Ningxia public hospitals in 2008-2011 year,and to provide theoretical basis for the rational allocation of health resources.Methods Combined with scene investigation and some data provided by Ningxia health information center,the data was proceeded descriptive statistics analysis and Anova analysis.Results In 2008-2011 years,the proportion of outpatient amount was fell by 1.32% in the proportion of total hospitals while the proportion of inpatient amount was increased by 2.43% in the proportion of total hospitals.Private hospitals took on medical services in less than 10% of total services.Utilize rate of sickbeds were more than 100% of three-grade hospitals.Two-grade hospitals and one-grade hospitals improved with different levels.Conclusion Service volume of Ningxia public hospitals grows rapidly.The problem that low utilize rate of sickbeds of one-grade hospital was still serious.Although private hospitals take on medical services was increased,but the proportion is still low.Private capital access to the medical field should be increased and encouraged.
