摘  要:目的采用介电谱方法评价亚磁场和后肢去负荷处理对大鼠全血、脾脏和睾丸介电特性的影响。方法 24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常地磁环境(52μT)饲养的对照组(Con),亚磁场环境(50-230 nT)饲养的亚磁场处理组(HMF),地磁场环境中采用后肢去负荷处理组(HLU),及亚磁场环境中采用后肢去负荷处理组(HMF+HLU)。4周后取出大鼠的全血、脾脏和睾丸组织,用阻抗分析仪在0.1-120 MHz频率范围内检测组织的介电谱,并用单项Cole-Cole方程拟合介电参数。结果 1)与Con组相比,大鼠全血的介电常数和电导率受HMF处理升高,增幅最高达19.6%和19.1%,HMF+HLU组处理与HMF组一致。2)脾脏组织电导率受HLU处理后略有增加。3)睾丸组织受HLU处理介电常数降低21.9%,电导率升高达49.3%。4)数据拟合的结果显示不同条件对介电参数的影响与介电特性的影响一致。结论介电谱方法可用来评价亚磁场和后肢去负荷对大鼠全血、脾脏和睾丸介电特性的影响,与Con组相比,实验处理组介电特性发生改变,改变的程度因组织而不同。Objective With dielectric spectrum to evaluate the influences of rats exposed to hypo-magnetic field and simulated microgravity on the dielectric properties of whole blood, spleen and testis. Methods A total of 24 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups, control (Con) group under geomagnetic field ( strength approx. 52 μT), hypo-magnetic field (HMF) group under hypo-magnetic conditions (strength approx. 50 nT to 230 nT), hind-limb unloading (HLU) group maintained in tail-suspension apparatus, and hypo-magnetic field combined with hind-limb unloading ( HMF + HLU) group. After 4-week treatment, whole blood, spleen and testis were taken from all rats. The dielectric spectra were detected with Im- pedance Analyzer in the frequency range from 0.1 MHz to 120 MHz. The dielectric parameters were estimated with fitting experiment data in the one-pole Cole-Cole model. Results 1 ) Marked increases in permittivity up to 19.6% and in conductivity up to 19.1% were obtained in HMF group for whole blood. The same results were found in HMF + HLU group ; 2) Conductivity of spleen slightly increased after HLU treated ; 3) Permittivity decreased to 21.9%, but conductivity increased to 49.3 % in HLU group for testis; 4)The dielectric parameters fitted with experiment data in treated groups were the same trend with the changes of dielectric prop-erties. Conclusion Dielectric properties of whole blood, spleen and testis affected by HMF and HLU can be evaluated with dielectric spectroscopy and the dielectric properties of tissue in treated group were different from those in Con group, and the changes varied with different tissues.
