摘 要:目的研究通风温度对通风服装热防护性能的影响。方法通过分析"人体—全身通风服—环境"热系统传热传质过程,建立人体在通风条件下的热调节仿真模型,并且通过实验验证该分析模型的合理性。结果实验结果证实了模型的可靠性与准确性。通风流量较小时,较高的通风温度使人体平均皮肤温度上升很快,人体出汗更明显,可以达到更好的通风散热效果;较大流量下,降低入口通风温度可以更明显的减轻人体热应激程度,但人体出汗程度减弱,降低了通风服装对人体的蒸发散热效果,且此时需要较大的通风冷源。结论在一定通风流量下,当通风服装主要依靠蒸发散热时,通风温度较低反而不利于人体的散热。通风温度应根据通风服的散热机制以及通风流量适当确定。Objective To study the effects of the venti]ation temperature in ventilation garment on the properties of human thermal protection. Methods Based on the mass and heat transfer analysis of the man-garment-environment system, the human thermoregulation simulation model under ventilation condition was developed. Then experimental research was conducted to verify the model. Results The experiment proved that the proposed model was reliable and accurate. At low flow rate, a higher inlet ventilation temperature could induce rapid body temperature raise and more obvious sweat, so the heat dissipation effect was better. At high flow rate, a lower inlet ventilation temperature could reduce body heat stress obviously, but the body only produced less sweat, so it was not well to heat dissipation by evaporation in the ventilation garment. In addition, more cold system source was required. Conclusion At definite ventilation flow rate, the inlet temperature should be higher to initiate body sweat and enhance evaporative heat dissipation. The inlet ventilation temperature should be properly designed according to the system demand.
