摘　　要：对500kV断路器非全相跳闸故障进行分析,认为内弹簧存在卡涩,弹簧无法压缩,导致合闸不成功是故障的主要原因,提出更换三相机构防跳销钉的处理措施,并说明处理效果及建议。This paper analyzes the cause of an open-phase trip of 500kV circuit breaker considers that the unsmooth of the spring in the spring prevention pin,the spring cannot un-compressed leading to close un-successful,are the main reason for the failure.Proposes to replac three-phase institutions anti-jump pin, indicates the treatment effect,and puts forward related suggestions.
