摘  要:以马粪海胆(Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus)为受试生物,应用单细胞凝胶电泳(SCGE)技术研究了石油烃对马粪海胆性腺细胞DNA的损伤效应。实验结果发现当石油烃分散液(WAFs)浓度低于40 mg/L时,未对马粪海胆性腺细胞的DNA造成损伤;当浓度达到50 mg/L时,马粪海胆性腺细胞DNA则发生了明显的彗星拖尾现象,表明高浓度石油烃分散液可以对海胆性腺细胞DNA造成严重损伤,且马粪海胆性腺细胞的DNA受损率、彗星尾部DNA百分含量以及DNA平均迁移长度与暴露天数呈现出良好的线性关系。In this study,sea urchin( Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus) were chosen as the test organism. DNA damage of the gonadal cells of sea urchin exposed to petroleum hydrocarbons was assessed by using the single cell gel electrophoresis assay. The results showed that the DNA damage of sea urchin didn't occur when the concentration of WAFs was below 40 mg / L,and DNA had been seriously damaged under high concentration of WAFs. Meanwhile the result showed that the DNA damage rate,the % DNAT and the average length of DNA migration presented a good linear relationship with the exposure days.
