摘　　要：详细介绍了影像数据预处理、影像金字塔、池化服务、地图缓存技术原理,研究了基于ArcGIS的海量影像数据存储与发布流程。采用ArcSDE栅格目录方式建立遥感影像库、离散小波变换压缩影像入库、双线性插值重采样法构建影像金字塔、融合缓存方式生成地图缓存切片等技术构建了海洋环境信息服务系统中的遥感底图服务,提高了海量影像数据储存与发布的性能。This paper introduces the technologies of mass image data preprocessing,image pyramid,pooling service and map cache,and studied the flow of image data management and publication based on ArcGIS platform. Some methods are used to create the image service of the Marine Environmental Information Service System and improve it＇s performance,including the raster catalog way to create image database,discrete wavelet data compress storage,bilinear interpolation resampling method to build the image pyramid and fusion cache to generate cache tiles.
