摘 要:目的探讨颅脑损伤患者不同肠内营养支持方式的临床效果。方法将140例颅脑损伤术后患者采用随机数字法分为家庭自制(匀浆)膳食组70例,商品肠内营养制剂组70例,比较两组患者在营养支持前、营养支持第1周后的营养指标变化情况。结果家庭自制(匀浆)膳食组、商品肠内营养制剂组均能使颅脑损伤患者获得营养支持,但商品肠内营养制剂组在改善患者营养状况方面优于家庭自制(匀浆)膳食组(P<0.05)。结论颅脑损伤术后患者早期应用商品肠内营养制剂是临床较合理的营养支持方法,对患者营养状况的改善及预后有重要的价值。Objective To compare the nutritional effect of different enteral supporting ways in craniocerebral injury patients after operation. Methods A total of 140 patients with craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into home-made dietary food group and commercial enteral nutraceutical group,70 for each. Nutritional indexes were compared between the two groups before the nutritional support and a week after. Results The two groups both acquired nutritional support. However,the commercial enteral nutraceutical group was better in improving the nutritional status in the patients than the home-made dietary food group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Early intake of commercial enteral nutraceutical is a reasonable nutritional supporting way in improving the nutritional status and is valuable for the prognosis in patients with craniocerebral injury.
