优质护理在肿瘤科日间病房中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤科日间病房优质护理的措施与效果。方法随机选取2013-01/12四川省人民医院肿瘤科开展优质护理服务活动后入住日间病房例行放、化疗的200例患者,按优质护理方式予以护理,并从未开展该活动前所收集的相关调查资料中随机选取200例同类患者的问卷资料进行比较,评价患者及家属的满意度。结果开展日间病房优质护理服务后,患者及家属的整体满意度明显高于开展前(P<0.01)。结论以转变护理观念、改变护理模式、建立延续护理方式、开展人性化关怀、实施检查治疗一体化服务等组成的优质护理取得较好效果。Objective To discuss the high quality nursing in oncology day-care units and assess the effect. Methods During Jan. to Dec.,2013,200 patients under radiotherapy and chemotherapy were recruited and received high quality nursing in day-care units. Another 200 similar patients without receiving this high quality nursing care were collected as control group. The satisfaction degree of the patients and other family members were survey with questionnaire. Results After high quality nursing in day-care units,the satisfaction degree were both significantly higher than that of before this high quality nursing（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The high quality nursing can reach a preferably effect by changing nursing concept and nursing mode,establish continuous nursing service,integrating humanization and implementation of examination and treatment integration.
