摘 要:目的建立一种简单、快速、能够定性定量测定中毒样品中多种鼠药的检测方法,以便适应突发公共卫生事件快速中毒检测的需要。方法采用溶剂萃取法对待测物进行提取,便携气相色谱质谱联用仪测定,选择离子定量,保留时间和特征离子丰度比定性。结果 5种杀鼠药标准曲线在4.0μg/ml^40μg/ml范围内线性良好,相关系数均>0.99,检出限为鼠甘伏及氟乙酰胺5.0μg,毒鼠强10μg,杀鼠迷60μg,杀鼠灵50μg,平均回收率82.4%~97.2%,相对标准偏差3.48%~8.69%。结论通过对提取试剂,提取条件,特征离子等条件的选择,建立了GC/MS快速同时测定5种鼠药的检测方法,该方法简便、快速,回收率、精密度较好,满足中毒样品现场应急定性定量检测的需要。Objective To determine multiple rodenticides in poisoning samples with a simple and rapid method,so as to meet the demand of rapid poisoning detection in public health emergency.Methods The test substance was extracted by solvent extraction method,then determined using portable GC-MS,qualitative determination using SIM and quantitative determination by retention time and abundance ratio of characteristic ions.Results The linear range of the standard curve was 4.0 μg /ml -40 μg /ml.The correlation coefficients were more than 0.99.The detection limits of fluoroacetamide and gliftor were 5.0 μg,and the detection limits of tetramine,racumin,warfarin were 10 μg,60 μg,50 μg,respectively.The average recoveries were82.4% - 97.2%.The relative standard deviations were 3.48% - 8.69%.Conclusion A GC /MS method for simultaneous determination of 5 rodenticides is set up by choosing suitable characteristic ions,extraction reagents and conditions.The method is simple and rapid,with better recovery and precision.It can meet the demand for quantitative and qualitative determination of on-site poisoning samples in emergency.
