摘　　要：以沙钢集团废钢回收物流为研究对象,在分析废钢回收外部环境、行业竞争形式及现行回收战略的基础上,采用SWOT分析法对沙钢集团废钢回收面临的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行归纳,提出废钢回收发展战略目标,并设计了一套符合企业发展的、较完整的废钢回收物流新方案,既可以减轻资源枯竭的压力,又能降低企业的生产成本,加强企业核心竞争力。In this paper, with the waste steel recycling logistics of the Shagang Group as the study subject, and on the basis of an analysis of the external environment, form of industrial competition and the currently practiced recycling strategies of the group, we employed the SWOT analysis to the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats faced by the group in this respect, proposed the strategic objective for its development and then designed a set of innovated comprehensive solutions capable of reducing the pressure on natural resources as well as the production cost of the enterprise while enhancing its core competitivity.
