摘　　要：首先针对虚拟物流企业的服务内容结构,从前端服务和后端服务两个方面进行了分析,接着对虚拟物流企业的物流服务工作流程进行了分析,为构建服务型虚拟物流企业准备了基础,最后构建了服务型虚拟物流企业,并论述了其构建过程中应注意的几个关键问题,接着从基本框架设计、作业系统设计、技术支撑框架设计等方面进行了具体构建研究。In this paper, in the view of the service content and structure of the virtual logistics enterprises, we analyzed the forward-end and back-end services of such enterprises as well as their logistics service processes, laying the foundation for building the service-oriented virtual logistics enterprises. Then by introducing the process of the establishment of such an enterprise, we discussed several key issues worth noting in the process and next proposed the specific countermeasures on a few aspects.
