摘　　要：首先对电子商务环境中的逆向物流内容和特征进行了分析,接着研究了电子商务环境中企业收益最优化时其逆向物流运作模式选择的问题,对自营和第三方逆向物流两种模式分别构建了模型,并进行了对比研究,以退换货率大小为标准指出了逆向物流模式选择时应该遵循的基本标准;最后以第三方物流为基础构建了逆向物流运作模式的信息支持系统,对系统需求、系统框架和系统运行机制进行了研究。In this paper, we first analyzed the content and characteristics of the reverse logistics operations in the environment, then studied the selection of the reverse logistics operation mode for the optimal revenue of the enterprises in the e-commerce environment and then built and compared the independently-operated and TPL reverse logistics modes. At the end, we built the information support system of the operation modes on the basis of third party logistics and studied the requirement, framework and operational mechanism of the system.
