摘　　要：首先从服装企业封闭性较强的自营物流模式、开放性较强的第三方物流模式、初见端倪的第四方物流模式三个方面介绍了服装企业现有的三种物流模式,然后设定了企业规模和技术水平、物流服务能力、物流成本、供应链各环节和其他企业的合作能力作为服装企业物流模式评价指标,最后对多层次灰色评价模型下的服装企业物流模式选择进行了探讨,以期为服装企业物流模式的选择提供有益的参考和借鉴。In this paper, from the aspects of the independently-operated mode, the TPL mode and the emerging FPL mode, we introduced the characteristics of the logistics system of the garment enterprises, then determined the indexes for the evaluation of the logistics capacities of these enterprises and at the end, discussed the selection of the logistics mode for them on the basis of the multi-layered grey evaluation model.
