摘　　要：针对不定期船运输货物与航行线路复杂多变的营运特征,结合货主的服务时间要求,以实现航次全程营运收益最大为目标,建立了带有时间窗约束的非线性规划模型,可同时制定航速决策与船舶的运作时刻表。鉴于模型的结构特征,设计了一种集合外点法与模矢搜索算法的混合求解算法,可有效控制变量取值在定义域内,并易于计算机编程实现。最后,由计算实验验证了模型与算法的合理性与有效性。In this paper, in the view of the characteristics of the irregular freight shipment operations and the complexity of the shipping routes as well as the time requirement of the cargo owners and with the maximization of the shipping revenue as ~he objective, we built a nonlinear programming model with a time window constraint which could simuhaneously formulate shipping velocity decisions and vessel timetables. Then in light of the structural characteristics of the model, we designed a hybrid algorithm for its solution and at the end, through a calculation experiment, verified the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
