摘 要:针对电厂燃用高硫煤及环保排放标准日益严格的现状,对现有湿法脱硫系统的增效提升方案从可行性、可靠性、经济性等方面进行综合分析,研究了原塔改造方案、新增吸收塔方案(串联、并联)等,结合项目的现场实际表明,新增吸收塔串联技术具有较高的可靠性与经济性,适用于燃用高硫煤的脱硫改造应用。Due to the status of high sulfur coal and the requirements of increasingly stringent emission regulations for power plant, the exisiting WFGD system can not meet the demand of emission of power plant any more. The study has been carried out to analyze and compare various proposals in all aspects including feasibility, reliability and economy for enhancement of desulphurization efficiency, e. g. , by retrofitting existing absorber towers, connecting absorbers in parallel or series. The best available scheme was given with respect to the retrofit proposals under different conditions on the basis of the actual situation of the studied project. The result of retrofit demonstrates that series absorbers arrangement has good reliability and economy. It is especially recommended for the retrofit of this item.
