云南省曲靖市2013年艾滋病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的分析曲靖市2013年艾滋病疫情，为促进艾滋病防治工作提供理论依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统艾滋病综合防治信息系统按现住址为曲靖市定时统计疫情数据，使用EpiData3．0建立数据库，并使用SPSS19．0进行数据处理和统计分析。结果2013年新报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人759例，其中艾滋病病毒感染者493例，艾滋病病人266例；地区分布主要在宣威市（24．77％）、麒麟区（19．50％）、陆良县（15．81％）、会泽县（11．46％）和富源县（8．96％）；人群分布以青中年为主，20—49岁人群占75．89％；男性占58．89％，女性占41．11％，男女比例为1．43：1；职业分布主要是农民（65．09％）和无业（12．78％）；民族分布以汉族为主（93．68％）；传播途径以性传播为主，占90．78％。结论曲靖市艾滋病感染分布地区差异较大，性途径是主要传播途径，要加强青中年人群和农民的艾滋病健康教育和干预服务，减少艾滋病感染率。Objective To analyze the status of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Qujing city in 2013, and to provide a theoretical basis AIDS control and prevention. Methods The AIDS data obtained from China information system for disease control and AIDS control and prevention information system and the data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software. Results In 2013, 759 HIV/AIDS cases were reported including 493 HIV positives and 266 AIDS cases .The area distribution mainly in Xuanwei City （24.77%）, Qilin region （19.50%）, Luliang county （15.81%）, Huize county （11.46%） and Fuyuan County（8.96%）. The population distribution mainly in the young and middle-aged people and 75.89% of them aged 20-49 years.Male cases occupied 58.89% and female 41.11%, with sex ratio of 1.43：1. Most of the cases were farmers （65.09%） and unemployed （12.78%）. Han nationality accounted for 93.68% . Sexual contact was the mainly transmission route accounting for 90.78%. Conclusion Sexual contact is the main transmission route of HIV/AIDS infection. Therefore health education and behavior intervention be conducted among the young age group and farmers to effectively control HIV/AIDS infection.
