曲安奈德联合丹红注射液治疗口腔黏膜纤维性变的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨曲安奈德与丹红注射液联合应用治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的临床疗效。方法120例因长期咀嚼槟榔导致口腔黏膜下纤维性变患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组使用曲安奈德局部黏膜下注射治疗,治疗组局部黏膜下注射曲安奈德及丹红注射液,每周1次,治疗三个月后,比较用药前、后患者主观症状、病损面积及张口度改善情况,比较两种治疗方案的临床疗效。结果治疗三个月后,治疗组和对照组两种方法治疗中度口腔黏膜下纤维性变有效率分别为86.7%和70.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.571,P>0.05),治疗组和对照组治疗重度口腔黏膜下纤维性变有效率分别为73.3%和36.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.148,P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合丹红注射液治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with Danhong injection in treatment of oral submucous fibrosis（OSF）. Methods A total of 120 OSF cases with long-term chewing betel nuts were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 60 cases of control group were treated with local submucosal injection of triamcinolone acetonide. 60 cases of treatment group were treated with local submucosal injection of triamcinoione acetonide and Danhong injection. All the cases were treated once a week. The clinical effect was compared between the control group and treatment group after 3-month treatment. Results After 3-month treatment, the total effective rates in the treatment group and control group of medium-term OSF cases were 86.7% and 70.0%, showing no significant differences between the two groups（x^2=1.571, P〉0.05）. The effective rates in the treatment group and control group of advanced stage cases were 73.3% and 36.7%, showing significant differences（x^2=8.148, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with Danhong injection is effective for treatment of oral submucous fibrosis and is worthy to be popularized for clinical application.
