摘 要:中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司1.5 Mt/a S Zorb装置的反应器与再生器均采用流化床反应技术,反应器过滤器(ME-101)位于反应器顶部,主要是过滤油气中携带的吸附剂;而再生烟气过滤器(ME-103)主要是过滤再生烟气所携带的吸附剂粉尘。对在超负荷(110%)运转条件下,S Zorb装置运行中出现的ME-103差压突然升高的情况进行了分析,提出了解决措施,ME-103差压从40 kPa下降至28 kPa。同样对影响ME-101差压的原因进行了分析,提出了应对措施,使ME-101差压维持在55 kPa。The S Zorb unit and adsorption desulfurization reaction principles are introduced.Fluidized bed reactor technology was applied for both reactor and regenerator in S Zorb unit.The reactor filter ME-101 is installed at the top of the reactor mainly to filter out the absorbent carried over with the filtered gas.Whereas,the regenerator fuel gas filter ME-103 is mainly operated to filter out the absorbent dusts in regenerator flue gas.Under the operating conditions of 110% of design capacity,differential pressure increased suddenly in the regenerator effluent filter ME-103.The causes of sudden differential pressure rise was analyzed and associated solution was found and implemented.As the result,the differential pressure of ME-103 dropped from 40 kPa to 28 kPa.The factors affecting the differential pressure of ME-101 were studied and countermeasures were recommended,and the differential pressure of ME-101 has been maintained at 55 kPa.
