摘  要:介绍了PHF-102催化剂首次在中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽阳石化分公司1.20 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置上的工业应用情况.结果表明:硫质量分数1 700 ~4 600 μg/g的常减压直馏柴油,在床层平均反应温度约335℃、体积空速1.4 h^-1、氢分压约6.49 MPa和氢油体积比约700∶1及无循环氢脱硫设施的工况下,柴油十六烷值提高3个单位,多环芳烃质量分数降低7百分点,柴油产品中硫质量分数不大于10μg/g,脱硫率达到99.9%以上,产品质量满足京V柴油标准要求,说明PHF-102催化剂具有较高的脱硫活性和芳香饱和性.通过调整工艺参数和原料组成,成功实现了冬季生产低凝-35号柴油、夏季生产0号柴油方案的灵活变换.由于受系统氯化铵盐堵塞影响,装置负荷达不到设计值,而且采用密相装填后催化剂全床层压力降仍较大,初期已达340 kPa左右,对装置长周期运行影响还需进一步观察.The first commercial application of catalyst PHF-102 in a 1.2 MM TPY diesel hydrotreating unit in PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company is introduced.The application demonstrates that,when the straight-run diesel containing 1 700 ~ 4 600 ppm sulfur is processed,the average reactor bed temperature is about 335 ℃,the volumetric hourly space velocity (VHSV) is 1.4 h^-1,the hydrogen partial pressure is about 6.49 MPa,the volumetric hydrogen to oil ratio is about 700∶1 and there is no recycle hydrogen desulfurization facility,the cetane number of diesel is increased by 3 units,the polycyclic aromatics is reduced by 7.0%,the sulfur in product diesel is no higher than 10 ppm,the sulfur removal rate is over 99.9%,and the product meet Jing V diesel standard specifications which shows that the PHF-102 catalyst has a higher desulfurization activity and aromatic saturation.By adjusting the process parameters and feed compositions,the lowfreezing-point 35# diesel has been successfully produced in winter and 0# diesel in summer.Since the system is plugged by the ammonium chloride,the operating capacity of the unit can not reach the design capacity.Furthermore,the dense-phase loading of catalysts has increased the pressure drop of catalyst bed,reaching 340 kPa in the early stage.The impact on the long-term operation of the unit needs to be observed.
