充权取向社会工作在农民工劳动权益维护中的应用研究

摘　　要：作为一个新兴阶层,农民工对我国的改革开放和城镇化建设产生了深刻影响。农民工问题也已成为我国社会转型时期最重要最突出的问题之一,并日益呈现出复杂化和多样化的特征,劳动权益维护问题就是一个重要方面。本文以S个案为例,就充权取向社会工作在农民工劳动权益维护上的应用研究进行深入探讨,以期培育充权取向社会工作的本土土壤,并对社会工作的使命和价值理念进行更加深入的认识和反思。As an emerging class,migrant workers have a profound influence on the reform and opening-up and the construction of urbanization in China.The issue of migrant workers has become one of the most important problems in the period of social transition.It shows a increasingly complicated and diversified characteristic.Labor rights protection is an important aspect.In this paper,the author discusses the application of empowerment theory in the labor rights protection of migrant workers,In order to find the native soil of the empowerment social work,and to have more in-depth understanding and reflection in the social work mission and values.
