摘　　要：从中观层面考察了基于OCT的医疗诊断技术与系统的专利产出情况,结合定量分析、定性调研与专家咨询,力求呈现当前专利活动特点;从总体趋势、地域分布、竞争专利权人、主要技术分支、技术-功效特点、在华申请活动特点等多个视角,揭示了专利活动的当前特征,特别对比了中国与全球专利申请活动的差异,为中国相关机构的专利布局对策提供了参考建议。Patent landscape on the Optical Coherence Tomography applications in medical diagnosis is investigated. Combining the quantitative analysis, qualitative research and expert advice, the article strives to render the current patenting activity characteristics from multiple perspectives including the overall trend, geographical distribution, key assignees, the main technical branches and the technology-function features. And based on all the analyses, the article finally reveals current patenting characteristics comprehensively, in particular, compares the differences of patent filing between China and the global scope, and suggests our institutions the patenting priorities and potential risks.
