摘  要:目的:建立柴芍安神解郁颗粒的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的丹参、柴胡、石菖蒲3味药进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的丹酚酸B进行定量测定。结果:薄层色谱法可清晰鉴别丹参、柴胡和石菖蒲,且阴性对照无干扰;丹酚酸B在0.0518~0.5180μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.82%.RSD=1.27%。结论:本方法操作简单、专属性强、重现性好、数据准确,可用于疏肝安神的质量控制。Objective :To establish the quality control standard for Chaishao Anshen Jieyu granules. Methods:Thin- layer chroma- tography(TLC) was used to identify Salvia mihiorrhiza, Bupleurum chinense, and Rhizoma Acori graminei in Chaishao Anshen Jieyu granules. High - performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of salvianolic acid B. Results : Salvia miltiorrhiza, Bupleurum chinense, and Rhizoma Acori graminei were well identified by TLC, and the negative control had no interference. Salvianolic acid B showed a good linear relationship within O. 0518 -0. 5180 μg( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery rate was 98.82% , with a relative standard deviation of 1.27%. Conclusion:This method has the advantages of easy operation, high specificity, high repeatability, and high accuracy and can be used for the quality control of Chaishao Anshen Jieyu granules.
