服务型政府视域下我国政府文化管理的创新

摘　　要：在新时期,我国政府文化管理体制面临内部的改革和来自外部的挑战,为此,由中国学者提出的服务型政府理念是时代发展的必然,它秉持服务导向,突破传统"中心-边缘"结构,实现政府创新性变革,兼容道德自律性与制度化,对于我国政府的文化管理具有一定的理论和实践意义。Cultural administration of Government in China is faced with internal reforms and external challenges in China. Service- oriented government,which is proposed by Chinese scholars,adheres to serving and breaks through the structure of ＂ center- brim＂,is an inevitable trend in the new era,so as to realize the governmental innovational reforms,moral self- discipline and institutionalization. It also has theoretical and practical meaning for cultural administration in China.
