摘　　要：针对房地产行业的特点,运用虚拟现实技术对小区中的建筑物、道路以及室内场景进行三维建模和情景仿真,构建数字化小区系统,把真实的场景模拟出来。系统实现了室外漫游、室内漫游、虚拟装修等功能,为购房者、业主和开发商提供了一个交流的平台。According to the characteristics of the real estate industry, this paper realizes 3D modeling and scene simulation of the buildings, roads and indoor scenes of the community by using virtual reality teclmology, structures digital community system and simulates the real scene. The system realizes the outdoor roaming, indoor roaming and virtual decoration function, and provides a platform for the consumers, proprietors and developers.
