摘　　要：农产品产地环境是影响农产品质量安全的源头,化肥的施用、农药的使用、农膜的使用、污水灌溉、农作物秸秆处理、农村生活废弃物处置等多种农业生产过程中的不合理人为活动,对农产品产地环境将会产生重要影响,直接威胁农产品质量安全。通过完善农产品质量安全监管体系、加强农产品质量安全法规和制度建设、建全农产品质量安全追溯体系构架、建立农产品安全数据库,是加强农产品产地环境监管,确保农产品产地安全、农产品质量安全的重要举措。图1,参28。The production environment of agricultural products is the original source affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products. Multiple improper man- made activities during the agricultural production processes,including the application of fertilizer,pesticide,and mulching film,as well as sewage irrigation,crop straw and rural living castoff treatments,significantly impact the production environment of agricultural products and directly threaten the safety and quality of the agricultural products. The approaches in optimizing agricultural products quality and safety supervision system,completing the construction of agricultural products quality and safety laws and regulations,improving the agricultural products quality and safety tracking system,and establishing an agricultural products safety database are main focuses on strengthening the supervision of agricultural products origin environment,and thus safeguarding agricultural products origin safety and agricultural products quality safety.
