摘  要:水下闸阀的基本功能是接通或切断管路介质的流通,其性能优劣直接关系到水下生产系统的可靠性和安全性。在介绍水下闸阀结构、工作原理和研究现状的基础上,对Cameron公司Ring-O系列水下闸阀、WOM公司的Magnum专利阀和LB-Bentley公司水下闸阀的应用现状做了简述。总结了水下闸阀的技术特点和设计时在材料选择方面应考虑的因素。在水下闸阀的国产化研制过程中,我国应综合国外产品的技术特点、确立从简单到复杂,从重点研究到应用研究,先克服技术问题后工艺问题的研发思路,实现水下闸阀的二次创新到自主创新。The basic function of the subsea gate valve is turned on or off the flow in pipeline, and its performance directly influences the reliability and safety of subsea production systems. Based on introducing the structure, operating principles and research status of subsea gate valve, the application status of Ring-O series subsea gate valves of Cameron, the patented Magnum valve of WOM and subsea gate valves of LB-Bentley are briefly in- troduced. The technical features and factors should be considered in material selection in valve design are summarized. In the localization development process of subsea gate valves, the foreign products technical features should be integrated. The research and development methods of from simple to complex, from focused research to applied research and from technical problems to technological problems should be established to achieve secondary innovation to self-dependent innovation in subsea gate valve development.
