稠油强启闭抽油泵的研制与应用

摘　　要：河南油田对稠油水平井采用偏心抽稠泵、水平一次泵或将抽油泵下至水平段的开采方法,存在固定阀启闭滞后、井斜较大时柱塞与泵筒已发生偏磨和球阀扶正等问题。为此,研制了稠油强启闭抽油泵。该泵设有2组游动阀总成和1组固定阀总成,游动阀为强启闭结构,固定阀罩内直径与固定阀球直径之间的间隙小,能有效防止阀球漂移,同时复位弹簧可以起到一定的扶正及强制回位作用。楼平6井和新2301井的现场应用结果表明,该泵能大幅提高产液量和效率,累计生产时间达201 d,对稠油水平井和大斜度井具有较好的适应性。To produce heavy oil from horizontal well, eccentric pump, horizontal primary pump and deploying pump in horizontal section are applied in Henan Oilfield. But issues like delayed open/close of standing valve, eccentric wear between plunger and pump barrel in large deviation well and ball valve centralization have been raised. To these issues, a forced-open/close pump for heavy oil is developed. The pump has two sets of traveling valve assembly and one set of standing valve assembly. The traveling valve has a forced-open/close structure. The small gap between the inner diameter of cage of standing valve and the ball diameter can effectively prevent the drift of ball, and the reset spring has a centralization and forced-return effect. Application in well Louping 6 and Xin 2301 show that the pump could significantly improve the productivity and efficiency with a total production time of 201 days, which proves that it has a great adaptability in horizontal heavy oil wells and highly deviated wells.
